TACA raises funds through its signature events. The first is held in the spring each year, the TACA Silver Cup Award Luncheon presented by Chase and Neiman Marcus. Two events fall under the umbrella of TACA Proscenium, presented by ALON USA and Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek—TACA Lexus Party on the Green and TACA RBC Wealth Management Custom Auction Gala.

2012 Grant Awards Presentation

TACA is proud to announce that it will distribute $1 million to more than 35 Dallas County performing arts organizations. This is the FIFTH consecutive year that TACA will distribute $1 million, thanks to its generous contributors and successful fundraising efforts. Guest speaker will be Jon Moscone, award-winning director and Artistic Director, California Shakespeare Theater. Event is free but by invitation. 2012 TACA Silver Cup Award Luncheon

Civic Volunteer and former Dallas mayor Annette Strauss created the Silver Cup Award Luncheon, which has been held annually since 1979, to recognize one man and one woman for their outstanding contributions to the arts in Dallas. The award symbolizes philanthropic excellence in the areas of art and culture.

A culinary tradition at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, TACA Lexus Party on the Green showcases the culinary talents of Rosewood chefs and celebrity guest chefs from around the world. These chefs dish up their signature cuisine at stations set throughout Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. A silent auction and wine cork pull take place during the evening surrounded by vibrant musical entertainment.
